Job Nature:
• Supervises and coordinates outlets operation activities.
• Develops and implements staffing schedules to ensure efficient
operation of outlets.
• Audits accounts, records of proof, and certifications to ensure
compliance of workers with established standard procedures.
• Compiles reports on the outlets operation.
• Responsible for staff training to improve efficiency.
• Conducts staff meetings on the operational problems, procedural
changes or practices.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year related working experience from Retail industry.
• Demonstrate management and organizational skills.
• Result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and fluent in both spoken
and written English and Mandarin.
• Able to interact with people at all level.
