Job Nature:

· Analyze network performance and recommend adjustments to a wide variety of complex network management functions;
· Direct and manage the planning, development, installation, testing, modification and evaluation of all networks (LANs and WANs) and related client services and reporting;
· Understand / design solutions that support distributed databases and integrate with the LAN/WAN networks and communications systems;
· Co-ordinate computing architectures such as NT, intranet, and Web platforms;
· Communicate and co-ordinate network schedule, backups, and downtime to users;
· Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts;
· Evaluate LAN/WAN hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations;
· Manage diverse technical staff and resources in multiple projects through all life-cycle phases in accordance with established direction and standards;
· Provide support to and trains users in LAN/WAN administration and usage

Requirements :
· Degree in Computer Science or equivalence
· Minimum 5 years' relevant experience preferably in financial industry
· Hands-on experiences in various technologies including operating systems, networking, telecommunications and Cisco equipment;
· Good knowledge in dealing with enterprise-level and mission-critical networks and systems;
· Good spoken and written English and Chinese
· Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good project management and supervisory skills
· Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and time management skills
· On-call after office hours to provide support in co-ordination, technical and operations aspect is required.

Salary S$ 4500 above
