Responsibility:


· Manage the Asia regional account.
· Achieve product line revenue goal as well as regional market revenue goal.
· Work closely with sales & marketing organization and product team to translate the product to revenue, increase market share and launch product promotion.
· Product definition and marketing plan development
· Roll out global marketing and promotional programs
· To lead product line dedicated resources including Local Product Managers, Application Engineers and Sales manager to manage the focus account penetration.


Requirements:
· Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering/Master degree in Business is preferred.
· 8+ year working experience in semiconductor industry. 2 years of which should be at management position.
· Solid experience of Sales and marketing in Asia Pacific
· Excellent knowledge of semiconductor product and/or communication software engineering
· Good understanding of global wireless market, electronic business dynamics, product trends and competitions.
· Good knowledge in wireless technology application
· A dynamic person with a lot of drive, energy and creativity.
· Able to work independently and deliver his/her work as personal commitment
· Strong business sense and management skills; and
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
