Responsibilities:
· Handle customer complaints & enquires, including answering
email & phone calls.
· Initiate, plan and execute cross departmental customer-enhancement
projects.¨
· Perform Reception duty if required
· Willing to work on a 7 day shift basis schedule
Requirements:
· Excellent command of spoken & written Japanese, native speaker
is preferred
· Good command of spoken & written English
· Computer literate, proficiency in MS office and Access
· Japanese Typing is a must
· Customer-oriented, good communication & interpersonal skills
· Logical problem solving skill & team player
· Open minded, flexible and able to work in a highly dynamic, high
pressure environment and meeting tight deadline
