Job:
1.Execellent Customer Service
- To assist in process review and systems needs.
- To ensure product pricing is updated in the system.
- To supervise the Customer Service centre.
2. Order Management
a Attend to all sales enquiry, such as prices, lead-time and technical
issues, for both local and export markets.
b Responsible for order fulfillment, ensuring accurate input of incoming
order into system.
c Issue D/O for existing stock items to warehouse for picking and packing
of products for customers.
d Carry out duties of shipping and generating of relevant documents (
e.g. Commercial Invoice, Packing List, C/O and Bank Draft ) as assigned.
e Responsible to keep customers informed of current/updated delivery status
or arrangement including preparation of banking and shipping documents.
f Liaise with warehouse and freight forwarder for dispatch and ensure
the goods are delivered as per customer need.
g To raise Credit/Debit Notes to settle any differences/discrepancies
due to customer or supplier revision.
h To handle cases pertaining to discrepancies in order processing and
ensure documents are properly endorsed by respective persons prior to
filing.
I Handle all customer service matters.
Purchasing
.
- To liaise with sales team on product demand to improve on forecasts
provided to suppliers.
- To ensure pricing from vendors/suppliers is updated in the system.
- Perform purchasing function.
- Responsible for fulfilling the purchase requirements, ensure accuracy
of PO sent to the suppliers.
- To plan and expedite items to be purchased.
- Propose and execute decisions on long overdue and outstanding PO.
- Ensure inventory are maintain at required level to up keep our service
promise.
Requirements
- Min "A" level or Diploma in relevant discipline.
- Min 2-3 Years relevant working experience in Customer Service/Order-Processing/Shipping
field.
- Well Versed in spreadsheets.
- Experience in Accpac System is preferred.
- Initiative, customer-oriented with excellent communication Skills.
