Job:

This position reports to the Senior Network Administrator

- To ensure that the pcs and file print server are operating smoothly with minimal interrruptions
- Assist in administration and upgrading of Domino Server
- Install and upgrade company's pcs and software
- Provide assistance and training to users for desktop applications
- Provide reliable access to the company's pcs and LAN computer systems

Requirements:-

At least with a diploma in Computer Science, those with MCSA or MCSE would be an added advantage
Practical experience in Networking
Familiar with Windows Operating System. Working knowledge in Novell OS would be an added advantage
Hands-on experience in installation, administration and upgrade of Lotus Domino and INOTES
Strong Trouble shooting skills with TCP/IP
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strong team player, self-driven and IT user focus
Minimum 2 years hands on technical support experience in a corporate environment

Salary: Neg depending on experience
