Job:

IT Administration

Ø Helpdesk: Support calls management

Ø Logs Review:

§ Monitor the Environmental Log and feedback the problems to IT staff

§ Monitor the servers' logs and feedback the problems to IT staff

§ Monitor backup log and offsite tapes for AS400, Veritas Netbackup (Business Systems) and Veritas (Automation Systems) and feedback the problems to IT staff

Ø Inventory Management:
Maintain the inventory of servers, PCs, PDA, Printers, Phones, network equipment, IP addresses and its software, accessories (CDWriter and etc) and licences.

Ø Call Manager IDD Management:

§ Liaise with IDD service vendor MacQuarie

§ Create (new) IDD PIN, assist in AIT administration e.g. reset user password

Ø Desktop Backup:

§ Assist IT Support Specialist on the desktop software and hardware support.


Salary: Neg depending on experience
