Job :
A. To support the Program Manager in the day-to-day operations that includes
warehouse management, shipping, order administration and customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To lead a team of staff to ensure all logistics activities are well
coordinated to meet customers’ requirements.
2. To ensure all inventories are properly managed with accuracy.
3. To be responsible for receiving of goods (Raw Material and FG), work
order kitting and all outbound shipment.
4. To ensure all data entries are done timely and accurately.
5. To ensure that all customer requirement are fulfilled promptly.
6. To ensure and monitor respective customer KPIs accordingly
Pre-requisites
A. Diploma in Logistics Management with 1 year of working experience
in Warehousing/Store Management
B. Good command of written and spoken English.
C. Good organization and time management skill.
D. Basic MRP, warehouse distribution software and computer knowledge (i.e.
Excel, MS Words, etc.)
E. Ability to work long hours and to perform weekend duty, when required.
Salary: S$ 2000 - S$2500
