Job Purpose:
A. To support Management in the day-to-day operation that includes Order
Administration and Planning.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To manage effectively the customer’s product content
2. Responsible in preparation of price estimates and quotations.
3. Acknowledge and process sales orders from customers, and coordinate
with various departments and related parties in ensuring orders are delivered
on time.
4. Plan and make purchase requisition for necessary materials to ensure
materials availability in meeting production needs and minimizing inventory
holding/costs.
5. Ensuring prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment
collection.
6. Maintaining good customer relationships.
7. Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by his/her superior.
8. Maintain good customer relationship/service level.
Pre-requisites
A. Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
B. Experience in Turnkey Contract Manufacturing, exposure in MRP environment
and Printing Industry will be an added advantage
C. Good command of written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
and English
D. Pleasant and have good communication skills
E. Able to take work pressure and work long hours as and when required
F. Familiar with Microsoft office tools (i.e. Excel, MS Words etc.)
