Job :
A. To handle day-to-day activities to ensure orders are prioritised and
monitored with latest information updated to customer.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for monitoring and follow up on all down orders and priority
orders placed by customers.
2. Ability to provide the latest updates to customers on their orders
status.
3. Handle order escalations from customers.
4. To be familiar with ERP program example SAP systems.
5. To be able to generate reports from ERP Systems and manual record tracking.
6. To be familiar with Internal and External communication and escalation
process.
7. Able to lead a team in running 24 x 7 operation and meeting customers
KPI.
Pre-requisites
A. Diploma with minimum 2 years of working experience.
B. Good command of written and spoken English.
C. Good human relation skills and experienced in dealing with customers.
D. Able to work independently and a good team player.
E. Able to work long hours when required.
F. SAP Experience preferred.
Salary S$1800
